System leakage detection

  • Continually monitors the system water usage.
  • Displays the average amount of water added per day on the LCD panel. Monitoring is compatible with BMS systems via Modbus.
  • Triggers warning alarm for excessive water leakage.
  • Triggers flood alarm for extensive loss, and the Refill is shut down.

System leakage is the silent destroyer and early detection of system water loss is vital to the prevention of damage.

Continually adding fresh water to a circulating system causes dilution of corrosion-inhibiting chemicals which are critical for system protection. Insufficient corrosion protection invariably shortens the working life of boilers, heat exchangers, valves, and pipework.

MODBUS BMS Remote monitoring:

The optional MODBUS High Level Interface allows connection to a remote Building Management System (BMS). Operators can view all system operating parameters remotely, including operating pressure, average daily water loss, total volume used, pump run hours and all system alarms.

The monitoring system can be tailored to suit client requirements.
