Earthenware Drain Replacement

A local process plant discovered a section of 150mm earthenware (clay pipe) drained into a sump was broken under the building. Flow Industries was engaged to develop a solution ASAP, as this drain was vital to the production and the imminent restart of the company's processes. The other part of the challenge was the drain was used to convey >80°C water and aggressive chemicals. Flow Industries quickly procured suitable high temp chemical resistant drain materials and replaced the broken section into the sump, meaning production could restart on time.
